In March, former officer Janelle Zielinski started working for Detroit police after graduating from the academy.

After the Detroit Police Department discovered a racy OnlyFans page she was running, the officer resigned, and an investigation was launched.

“Through her Instagram account, one of our officers posted pornographic videos behind a paywall,” Chris Graveline, head of the Detroit Police Department’s Professional Standards department, told FOX 2 Detroit.

Janelle Zielinksi was suspended after the chief learned about the page Tuesday morning. A day earlier, she resigned. 

The Detroit Police Department hired Zielinski in March after she graduated from the police academy. 

Due to the suspension, she will no longer work with the department after her resignation letter was effective on Sept. 23.

On her Instagram, Zielinski appeared in photos linking to the OnlyFans page but not the page itself. 

Zielinski did not respond to FOX 2’s requests for comment. According to the company’s website, OnlyFans is “a subscription social platform that revolutionizes creator and fan relationships.”
