After Becoming a BBW Model for OnlyFans, Former Teacher Make a Living

Five years ago, I would have never imagined I would become an OnlyFans model. After five years as a pre-K1 teacher and two years as a nanny, I switched careers.

Being a lead teacher was my favourite job. However, the hours were long. As I worked around 40 hours a week, I felt a little burnt out.

I felt like things were out of control once the pandemic started.

Due to Coronavirus cases, my school closed a few times, and I didn’t feel safe or cared for.

The teachers repeatedly argued with the director to get safety concerns. However, despite working harder and dealing with more stress during the pandemic, we felt unappreciated as ever and made no extra money.

As a nanny, I earned less money. Though my salary was not the main reason for my departure, it was something that weighed heavily on my mind.

I quit my job in May to focus on modelling, primarily out of concern about catching Coronavirus.

At the end of March, I began earning money from modelling. At first, I wasn’t sure how to go about it. Maybe I could do something sexy, but I’d have to lose weight instead.

I realized, however, that there was a huge audience that loved my body exactly as it was. I realized I could tap into a market just by being myself.

I decided to try Big Beautiful Women (BBW) modelling with Devi Thikk. Occasionally, I get tips through Cash App, OnlyFans, and a BBW site called Curvage.org.

Despite working around 20 hours a week, I make more money than at school.

My career and earnings are under my control. The Coronavirus isn’t a concern, and I can set my schedule.

I also worked at a craft store for a short time in the autumn to earn a little extra money, but I quit after a month. There were too few employees, so I stepped in to cover the gaps. As well as being overworked, I also had to deal with rude customers.

When I quit the retail job, someone told me that I was “exploiting myself.” Compared to these low-wage jobs where they overwork employees and mistreat them, my work isn’t exploitative.

People don’t need to treat me poorly. Customers are free to break their boundaries, and I do not have to deal with them if they do.

As of now, I’ll continue working online. My goal is to spend more hours on it to buy a car.

My long-term goals include returning to school to study biology or starting my own soap company. However, I will never return to retail, service, or office work. I want to pursue my interests and passions.
