It looks really funny with Zack Efron in it. Simply put, John Cena made an OnlyFans page to promote Ricky Stanicky. And the hints are very strong, though. I get it. There are a lot of double meanings in this. But they have John Cena eating a hot dog and smelling balls. Mandy said, “So it’s very interesting.”

Rose also said that John Cena and Randy Orton, working together on OnlyFans, would be profitable.
