After Having an Awakening, I Left My Easy Life at ITV for OnlyFans

Many were surprised when Chloe Sims moved from Brentwood High Street to the Hollywood Hills, but it made perfect sense.

She quit The Only Way Is Essex in 2022 after more than a decade of service because she felt she had hit the top of her game in UK reality TV. The 42-year-old woman then got a visa, packed her bags, and moved to Los Angeles.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she first started to think about moving across the pond. Everyone had a lot of free time, so Chloe did too. She thought about her life up to that point and what she wanted to happen next.

“I loved living in Essex.” It was all very cozy. My girls and I would go on a night out once a week in London’s West End. Every night, I’d watch reality TV at home, and I’d only have to film a scene for 40 minutes.

There was a part of me that thought, “Is this all there is?” It’s my life now, right?” Chloe told the sources. Naturally, she didn’t make such a big choice on the spur of the moment, but other things made her think about leaving seriously.

She thought, “I felt squished, and that might have been partly my fault because I stayed too long.” “It was clear they didn’t want to lose me, so they weren’t going up me.”

Chloe also felt like her time on Towie was over because of something else, which might have been more critical.

Like most reality shows, Chloe was dragged into the drama, which was terrible for her. She remembered that directors would often show her clips of other cast members “slagging her off” on their phones.

She would then be sent into a room to talk to them about it. She thought that the newbies were after her for space because she had become known for standing her ground.

“I learned how to argue like a pro, but the funny thing is I don’t walk like Rambo.” If you can believe it, I’m a pretty happy guy, but that wasn’t suggested. ‘It was okay for a while, but I got over it.

Chloe’s mental health started to suffer because of his reality TV show: “I started to get terrible anxiety, and I wouldn’t be able to sleep for three days.”

In real life, fights happen quickly, but on Towie, I knew they were going to happen; I didn’t know when or where, so they would build up.

“I would have a lot of adrenaline in the days before it.” Chloe has moved on, but she wants to make it clear that it wasn’t all bad. She had some of the best times of her life on the show, and she says that it helped her succeed.

But the party was over, and she chose to follow her American dream.

Since they had been taking pictures of their life for a long time, it seemed normal to bring the cameras along. But this time was different; she would be in charge of the House of Sims.

She hosts the show with her brother, Charlie Sims. His fiancée Georgia Shutts, along with their siblings Demi Sims and Frankie Sims, also appear in it.

“I wanted to have a say in how you guys show me and edit it.” At this point in my work, it makes sense for me to move up, Chloe said.

“I’m going to use my brain and skills,” she said. OFTV (OnlyFans TV) shows the show. People usually think of content made by sex workers when they hear the name OnlyFans. However, the streaming service has a lot of shows that are appropriate for work and free to view.

Even though Chloe is now the manager, she has promised that it won’t change how real it is.

“I show as much of my real life as I can.” I can’t change who I am to fit what other people want because they can see through it. “This show is real because they would know,” Chloe said.

“If I could, I’d have cameras watch me all the time, but that costs too much.” When asked if making her reality show for OnlyFans makes her more money than being on ITV, she said she didn’t want to talk about money, but she quickly added, “But I wouldn’t have taken this chance if it wasn’t worth it.”

Chloe hasn’t been able to show what it’s like to be a single mom to 18-year-old Madison, who lives in both the US and the UK. She wasn’t able to appear in the first House of Sims shows because OF creators have age limits. But now that she’s enjoyed her almost-last year of high school, she might appear in some scenes.

After the first season did well, Chloe’s big plan to take on even bigger and better things quickly paid off with a great deal to get their reality show on Netflix.

That was challenging; it took a lot of work and tough choices. Things are tough because she and her sisters, Demi and Frankie, are fighting. The fight started over a WiFi bill and got worse. The three of them no longer have a relationship, but they are legally bound to make more of the show together.

“As the producer, I have to put in scenes where they say things I think are totally wrong.” As much as possible, I have to be fair, show who they are, and tell a story. Being professional while also being yourself is hard, so I’ve had to learn how to take a little pride in my work.

Problems are going on behind the scenes, but Chloe, who is said to be dating Lionel Richie’s 29-year-old son, Miles, is happy that she will be the second Towie star to have a reality show on Netflix (Sam Faiers: The Mummy Diaries beat them to it).

When I stop to think about it, I think, “Wow, look at what we’ve done.” It’s really crazy. I’m thrilled and proud of it. “I’m a little speechless that we did it,” she said in the end.
